The 4G smartphone will be launched by the end of this month. The company said.
The Chairman of the company (South Asia) Faisal Siddiqui said:
HTC's U-11 premium model smartphone will be available in India at the end of this month, which is very well received by international customers. This model 4G smartphone is not affected by water and dust.
6 GB of RAM, 128 GB internal storage (up to 2PB), Qualcomm Snapdragon 835 mobile chipset, 3,000 mAh. The smartphone comes with features including battery. The price has been fixed at Rs.51,990.

Huawei launches operating system for Android

Chinese telecom giant Huawei unveiled its own operating system yesterday, as it faces the threat of losing access to Android systems amid escalating US-China trade tensions. The highly-anticipated software is considered crucial for the tech group’s survival as it confronts a looming White House ban on US companies selling technology products to Huawei which could remove its access to Google’s Android operating system. Richard Yu, the head of Huawei’s consumer business, revealed HarmonyOS or HongMeng in Chinese at a press conference in the southern city of Dongguan. IFA is taking place later this week in Berlin, and as usual there will be plenty of mobile-related events. Samsung's is scheduled for August 30 at 6 PM local time, and today the Korean company took to Twitter to release its first teaser for the grand unveiling of its next wearable.
